Terms & Conditions

By engaging the services of NY Bahtera Sdn Bhd, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Work
NY Bahtera Sdn Bhd provides services including supply, installation and maintenance of solar PV systems, electrical works and engineering related services.

2. Quotation Validity
All quotations issued are valid for a period of 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made according to the payment schedule stated in the quotation or invoice. NY Bahtera Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend work if payment terms are not fulfilled.

4. Installation Schedule
Installation dates may vary depending on site conditions, weather conditions, approval from authorities and availability of materials.

5. Warranty
Warranty for solar equipment and components is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
NY Bahtera Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control including weather conditions, authority approvals or third party service providers.

7. Changes to Terms
NY Bahtera Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
