Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Deposit Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm the installation schedule. Deposits paid are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or installation work has commenced.
2. Cancellation
Customers may cancel the service before work begins. However, administrative charges may apply depending on the stage of project preparation.
3. Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
4. Project Changes
Any changes to system specifications, installation schedule or scope of work requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges.
5. Installation Delay
In the event of delays due to weather conditions, site readiness, or authority approvals, the project timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
